1.0 Key Features

You will be given coaching and feedback by experts from SEED and Bid Network to improve your idea/plan. You will be visited, invited in meetings, forums and workshops organized by SEED to learn from each other and also for SEED Match maker to learn about your businesses, capacities and integrity. As well, you will be linked to other service providers (for specialized business or technical expertise). Over time, and with this networking and other support, you will manage to develop very good investment proposals/business plans. This will be evaluated and when approved for match-making, it will be sent to interested investors. BiD Network operates with a growing number of private equity investors based in Europe and other continents, who are interested in investing in developing countries, including Tanzania. Business plans and entrepreneurs who are assessed as ready for investment are matched with investors who have expressed readiness to invest in such kind of businesses. These investors consult with a Tanzanian targeted entrepreneur and if they come into agreement, an investor puts in equity or a combination of equity and a loan.

2.0 Who can participate

Since there are already many entrepreneurs who have gone through the business planning challenges, SEED and BiD Network believes that the best way of adding value to the entrepreneurs is to work with them to get financing. If you are an Entrepreneur and you are interested, please submit your business concept and business plan by visiting www.bidnetwork.org
